Foreign Learners Requirements

  1. The applicant’s Birth Certificate from abroad must be English-translated and/or authenticated by the Philippine Embassy
  2. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
  3. Latest Passport (showing Bio page and validity of stay)
  4. Complete Scholastic Records authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consular Office with English translation of entries, specifically: the learner’s name, subjects, level, and grades.

    Yes. The admissions office ony require the previous grades for admissions processing. Other documents such as the Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate cam be submitted to the Student Records office after. 

    Yes, the school has specific scholarship programs. These programs are targeted to for specific groups. The Academic Scholarship Program is given to current studnets who achieve academic merit within the school year. The Victorio scholarship is given to deserving parochial school students who qualify the schools metrics.  

    You can request this from the learner’s current school where they are enrolled. The record evaluates seven developmental domains: Gross Motor, Fine Motor, Self-Help, Receptive Language, Expressive Language, Cognitive, and Social-Emotional.

    You can get the Qualified Voucher Applicant (QVA) Certificate by logging in to the PEAC Online Voucher Application Portal (OVAP)
